Med spas in Boerne: who owns the search results — scanned 13 August 2026

Google search results for med spas in Boerne Texas, showing a mix of local practices, San Antonio satellite offices, and a booking platform page

Boerne earned its place in this series with a number: in our own Search Console data from the 11 August 2026 scan, Boerne queries generated roughly 100 impressions against a site with no Boerne page — real demand, unanswered. So we read Google’s first page for “med spa boerne tx” on 13 August 2026 to see who is answering it.

What does page one for med spas in Boerne look like?

Boerne Medspa at #1, on its own domain — a local independent, with a services page that includes mobile services. Then a Yelp “near Boerne” list populated mostly by San Antonio businesses. Then the satellites: Boerne office pages from The Heights Plastic Surgery Med Spa and Lopez Plastic Surgery — San Antonio practices reaching into the market, with The Heights appearing a third time via Instagram. Two more locals hold page one on their own domains: Gilded Palm on W Bandera Rd, and McRae MD on S Saunders St. One local holds a slot with no site of its own: Precision-Medspa Boerne, on a GlossGenius booking subdomain. And one slot is a second listing for Boerne Medspa itself — its Facebook page, at the same S School St address as the site ranking first. The incumbent holds two of the nine.

No map pack was served on our out-of-town scan — a Boerne searcher may see one; the organic page is what we can date.

Google page one for 'med spa boerne tx' on 13 August 2026: three local practices on their own domains — Boerne Medspa at number one, Gilded Palm and McRae MD — three slots held by San Antonio practices reaching in, one local operator with no site of its own on a GlossGenius booking subdomain, a second slot for Boerne Medspa via its Facebook page, and one Yelp directory listing
Three locals own a domain; the one at #1 owns two slots. Page one for “med spa boerne tx,” read off the live results page on 13 August 2026 from outside Boerne, where no pack was served.

What a market this shape rewards

Three things stand out. First, the top of page one belongs to locals on domains they own — in a thin field, ownership of the fundamentals is the moat, and the top spot went to the local that has a real website. Second, the San Antonio satellites are present but generic: office pages, not businesses rooted in the town, and Yelp’s “near Boerne” list quietly redirects to San Antonio too. The metro’s gravity is real, and it cuts both ways — Boerne patients are being offered a drive. (Why the ring towns are their own contest, not slices of San Antonio.) Third, one genuinely local operator is invisible as a business: a booking subdomain is a presence you rent, on a domain that isn’t yours, saying only what the platform allows. (Whether a small practice needs its own site — Boerne is the case study.)

For any Hill Country practice — including a mobile one configured as a service-area business — this is what an open small market looks like: demand on the record, one strong incumbent, and part of the field not fully on the board.

The short version

Boerne, 13 August 2026: three locals hold page one on their own domains, San Antonio practices take three more slots, and the incumbent holds two. Small market, real demand, fundamentals unevenly claimed.

Common questions

Which med spas rank in Google for Boerne, Texas?

On our 13 August 2026 scan of 'med spa boerne tx,' Boerne Medspa held #1 on its own domain, followed by a Yelp list, Boerne office pages from the San Antonio practices The Heights Plastic Surgery Med Spa and Lopez Plastic Surgery, two further local practices on their own domains (Gilded Palm and McRae MD), Precision-Medspa Boerne on a GlossGenius booking subdomain rather than its own site, and a second slot held by Boerne Medspa's own Facebook page. Results move; this reading is dated.

Is Boerne a competitive market for med spa SEO?

It's a small market with real demand and a thin field. One independent holds the top organic spot and a second page-one slot through its Facebook page, several competitors are satellite pages run from San Antonio, and one local operator has no website of its own — its presence is a booking-platform page. Markets shaped like this are decided by fundamentals done completely, because few of the players are doing them.

Does a med spa need its own website, or is a booking page enough?

A booking-platform page can take appointments, but it lives on the platform's domain — it accrues authority to them, limits what can be said, and disappears from your control if you ever switch tools. A site you own, even a small one, is what your Google Business Profile links to, what searches can land on, and what remains yours. The booking tool is a feature, not a foundation.
